MORGAN DOLLAR (1878-1921)

Obverse features left facing profile of Liberty in a Phrygian cap adorned with wheat and cotton balls in her hair. Reverse shows a bald eagle with outstretched wings clutching an olive branch and arrows in its talons. Each coin contains .7734 oz of Pure Silver. The Morgan Silver Dollar was minted by the U.S. from 1878 to 1904 and then again in 1921.​ 

PEACE SILVER DOLLAR (1921-1935)

Obverse shows a left facing profile of Liberty with a vibrant crown, like those on Roman coins. Reverse shows a proud Bald eagle perched on a rock clutching an olive branch in its talons. Peace Silver Dollars were issued to commemorate peace in the world after the end of WWI, “the war to end all wars”. Designed by Anthony de Francisci, each coin contains .7734 oz of Pure Silver, making them a popular addition to numismatic collections. ​ 

WALKING LIBERTY HALF DOLLAR (1916-1947)

Obverse shows Lady Liberty walking toward the sun while carrying a bundle of branches. Reverse shows an eagle perched on a rock ready to take flight. Designed by Adolph Weinman with a mintage of 208,000 coins, these coins contain .3617 oz of Silver. It is widely considered to be America’s most beautiful silver coin and one of the most widely collected of all U.S. coins.  

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN HALF DOLLAR (1948-1963)

Obverse features John Sinnock's iconic design of Benjamin Franklin with "Liberty" above and the immortal words "In God We Trust" below. Reverse depicts the Liberty Bell with a small eagle to the right, fulfilling the requirement of half dollars depicting an eagle. Approximately 7.15 oz of 90% Silver. This design was the final work of John R. Sinnock, mint engraver. 

KENNEDY HALF DOLLAR (1964-Date)

Obverse features  Gilroy Roberts' iconic design of John F. Kennedy with "Liberty" above and the immortal words "In God We Trust" below, plus date. Reverse depicts a Bald Eagle by Frank Gasparro  with the inscription "United States of America" and "Half Dollar".
